Premium amount not deposited in policy

Customer issued at cheque for payment of premium or for taking a new policy and later finds that the amount was debited but the policy has not been issued to him after a long time

The maturity claim, surrender claim or any other such claim where any amount was to be credited to the account of Claimant or policy holder has not been credited in reasonable time after fulfilment of all the documents to the insurance company

You paid your premium through cheque but it was not deposited in your policy and you found that the same is deposited it in someone else’s policy/account. Submit Following
  • Policy bond copy
  • Cheque number with date
  • Bank statement showing its debit
Your maturity/surrender claim was not credited to your account. Submit Following
  • Policy bond copy
  • Copy of documents/letters submitted to the company
  • Acknowledgement of the documents submitted
